SeiBella Plastic Surgery | Aesthetics | Wellness is a 4,300-square-foot renovation and rebirth of a building that has lived many lives in downtown Danville. As the practice rapidly expanded, offering plastic surgery, aesthetics, and wellness services under one roof, the provider team approached LBD Studio to create a space that could support their growth while reflecting their philosophy of personalized, expert care.
The objective was to design an environment that felt modern, youthful, and approachable, while meeting the clinical demands of a high-performing medical practice blending precision and safety with the calm, restorative experience of a luxury spa.
Through thoughtful space planning, the former building was transformed into a cohesive wellness destination. The design includes a spacious lobby and retail area, a multi-purpose relaxation and event space, eight treatment rooms, a surgery suite, and a generous employee lounge with a full kitchen. A warm, neutral palette paired with tactile textures and layered lighting creates a sense of comfort and confidence, while medical-grade finishes ensure durability and performance in patient areas. Subtle moments of personality, including a playful, lip-themed patient restroom, introduce delight and reflect the dynamic, client-centered spirit of the SeiBella team.
Today, SeiBella Plastic Surgery & Wellness offers a refined, welcoming environment that supports both patients and providers at every stage of the experience. The space elevates the practice’s brand, accommodates continued growth, and reinforces a sense of trust, safety, and transformation, delivering a high-end result that feels as thoughtful and personalized as the care itself.
